Best spacers to get?

  More poke than viagr
I've been looking at getting some spacers to make my wheels fit the arches better but i dont know what is the best option.

Ideally i want some 10mm spacers on each wheel. I would also like hubcentric spacers, but i cant really justify spending nearly £200 on some spacers.

Is there much difference between the hubcentric and normal spacers, considering its only a 1.2 and is only really used as a daily drive.

Also, would i need extended wheel bolts for 10mm spacers?

Thanks.

Hubcentric spacers rest on the hub itself making it less chance of a Wheel wobble at higher speed, it its worth getting them tbh for your own safety, also extended wheel bolts are reccomended :)

£200, were you lookin at fella ? try ebay etc

hubcentrics are worth it mate. Alot better over normal spacers. will take out the risk of allot of issues which can easily be caused.

thanks guys, ill take a look on ebay and see what there is on there.

I wasnt sure if it would make much difference not going on track, but i guess hubcentric are better all round.

thanks again :)

Would 20MM ones from a 6N Polo fit?

I've found some that I'd like just to pop the wheels into the arches a bit...

for anything over about 5mm you will need longer bolts, or a stud conversion. You still doing that for £20? I think not

Studs are about a quid each, and i managed to get 12 mm spacers for 15 quid for the pair. So around 20 quid.

If you want to pay more i recommend demon tweeks or halfords.
