best spark plugs/oil changes?

ive got a 1.2 mk2 ph2 and im thinking about giving the car a wee service. im looking to change:

1-spark plugs
2-engine oil
3-front brake pads
4-gear box oil

anyone recommend products for the above.

Bosch super 4 Spark plugs

Castrol Magnetec 5w-30 or 10w-40

EBC OEM spec pads ( Blackstuff ) or Greenstuff for a about a tenner more, well worth it.

Castrol Differential EPX 75w/80

Plugs, engine oil and g/box oil can all be bought off the shelfs at Halfords.
The pads can be ordered off www.ebcbrakesdirect.com
They're really good and quick delivery too. Hope that helps mate

If you got a trade card its even better to go halfords, you get like a good tenner of 4L oils

i have got ebc kevlar plus front pads and greenstuff rear pads valvoline oil and ngk plugs done every 3-3.5k miles
