Best way to clean my K&N???

I dont have the cleaner kit it came with so whats the best thing to do?

halfords sell the kit ,think it;s about 12 squid..you get the cleaning fluid and the oil...did mine a few weeks ago

I got a kit from halfrauds for a tenner, surely better to use the real deal?

^ agreed it needs the oil on to stop dust geting through..tenner well spent imo!!
