could flat alot of that out to hide the majority of it , but it will always be there so be better of being painted

there are mixed views on chips away at the end of the day there only as good as the person doing it.. that job will only take a day at most body shops better of going there get the full bumper sprayed instead of a blow in .

They all look crap from a professional point of view tho, I asked a guy with a flamer to post a chips away picture of his bumper, he didn't bother it was that bad.

I'd rather polish it up and take away the white marks thatn get it half done.

Bodyshop will strip and paint the full bumper.

Could that not be blown in? My gfs ZS (remember that? ;)) had a scrape at the bottom of he bumper and they blew it in. Only when i gave the car a thorough going over with a PC a month or two later could i see where it was blended in, and that was only due to how marred the original finish was

gally... in many cases yeah i have done a few blow in were even when shown were it was the customer could not spot it ( she walkin round n lookin at it with this big white stick....she had a friendly dog tho ... lol )
but i must admit i personally dont think blow ins are the best idea unless you pretty much have to .

What happened with the ZS mate?

Blown in by chipsaway and blown in by a bodyshop are 2 completely different things!

Sorted fella! I'll crack some picks up, needed a new rear bumper though, the brackets were mashed on that arch. Looks bob on now though :)
