Ive taken some better pics on my phone of the new wheels, seen as the last pic received a mixed reaction, these should give you a better idea.

The sticker is our business in case anyone wonders.

good lad on the smoothing but the lights would stand out a mile once your done, but maybe some black LED ones. but thats just my opinion lol

coilovers i have ready to be fitted, cage will be here soon. thats me spent up for the month!

As for future, some smoothing here and there, i have exhaust and filter already.

a matched inlet and remap down at RS tuning near me will be done this year at some point. Then? Well take a look at the FCS if you come...

needs must, i got bored with the 17's and instead of changing cars i decided to try a new image to keep my interest in it.

Wheels worked out more than i expected, the painting was £300 alone, then some Conti Sport tyres which were £240 fitted. And i only got £250 for the 17s to put towards!

Im getting to the end of modding mine now - not much left I would want to do - maybe some nice brakes but major money that would be better spent going towards my future R32
Shall keep it this year though - lookin forward to FCS again

the sunstrips advertise our business which is just waiting on the website been completed, will definately be in time for the summer so keep an eye out!

I can do you a sunstrip for £10, i am having these on our site to buy eventually, the side skirt stickers cost us £8 each as well, and i have had some rear quarter stickers done as well for customers.

If you want a sunstrip let us know and ill send it with your bra

thinking spacers soon, i need the rear arches rolling tho, gonna take a trip to Demon Tweeks, quoted about £100 to roll both arches, they are also setting up the coilovers when i get round to fitting them and doing the tracking.

i dunno i guess the "euro look" just isnt as well recieved as it used to be, i remember when i 1st got my wheels i was one of the 1st on here and they went down really well , but since the stye has gone into mass production its killed it somewhat

if its done right, its superb. Most of my mates run VW's, we went to the Worthsee VW show in Austria last year, if you see the cars there it puts britain to shame when it comes to styling.

Your wheels were nice Taylor, should have kept them on the Ph-1.

Borbet A's have been around ages, i just had them painted to suit the car.

Been to a few european shows in belgium and france. thats where i take my inspiration from, problem is you get so many peple doing thier euro thing on someone elses idea, because they have never actually experienced it 1st hand so the look gets diluted and distorted

Never really saw them on the RS1, but i did see some snaps on your other car, i liked them. But fitting smaller calipers to get them on wouldnt be good! lol

I agree bout people who have not experienced it, thankfully my mates are VW mad so tend to do the shows with them, also went to Edition 38 and The VW show at Harewood House in Leeds last year, both superb!

Speaking about the mass market, you seen the front of Fast Car mag?

A full on Euro Style MK2 Golf that i saw at the Harewood show. And theres a couple of reports on VW shows in the back, what the hell's going on?
