Bilberry Wheel Cleaner.. Safe?

I bought some bilberry wheel cleaner that has been sat around since, i used it once on a mates wheels and it seemed to tarnish the laquer on them (Home refurbed) and it has never really been the same. As my old wheels were refurbed i never used it on my wheels.

I have just got some new wheels which i have had sprayed with a standard 2pk paint and hardener and obviously no laquer.

Will it be safe to use on my new wheels as im a little afraid to try!

I thought Bilberry Wheel Cleaner was PH Neutral?

What ratio did you have it mixed at? Sounds like u had it too strong.

I have never had any problems with it, just make sure you get your ratios right as mentioned above,

Great wheel cleaner in the correct dilution, can tarnish when used neat

I use it neat, and have never had any problems with it.

I use it neat but my alloys are fucked already so don't care if it does any damage.

I've also used it neat on my wheels that only have a rattle can spray job on them and never had any issues.

Strange, i did dilute as reccomended on the bottle. will try with a big dilution and work my way up if needed!
