Billabong 1.5dci 80

Hi,

im thinking about gettin a 1.5dci 80 Billabong, but im worried it'll be sluggish on the ol accelleration. Whats anyones views on the accelleration for this car?
What would u say the equivalent would be in a petrol?

Currently i have an old J reg Clio 1.4 RT, what would this 1.5dci 80bhp compare like?

they have alot of pull, and i mean alot, get it remapped and you will see.

think some1 on here has one with 170ish lbs of torque.

Yeah, it wont be slow. Plus, as Mofo said.... get it mapped and your looking at prob 100 brake and a whack of extra torque.

Petrol equivalent... prob the 1.6

Can get it remapped to 110bhp i believe.

Yeh 110 IIRC,

Should beat the 1.4 as it is i would think?

My DCi 65 will push an old 1.4 RT and the 80 is supposed to be such an improvement!
