.bin format to DVD

Hi hope i can get help from here from some..

I've just downloaded 'Over the Hedge' (767mb) filename oth.haf.cd1 and its a BIN image.
What convertor and steps do i need to be able to put onto dvd to play???

Use Alcohol 120% to either burn it to DVD or mount it on a virtual drive. You can also use Deamon Tools (free).

If your using Nero . Look along the top . It says " recorder " .Click on this , then select " burn image " , select the folder the image file is in and then just follow the instructions .In the folder you select , you might have to change the selected image from " image files " to " all files " to show the file you want to burn from that folder . Select this file then just selct burn .

Im thinking i have to convert the bin file to iso.
i can't figure out deamon tools for my image and nero doesn't like the cue files for some reason...?!
