right for all you 16V and williams oweners, i was thinking about perhaps getting a few of us trust worthy members together to try and idea inspired by riplash and rajk.

to buy a williams

basically, im wanting a williams engine, which will cost around 5 to 6 hundred, but obviously dont really want to pay 1.5 grand for a whole car to get one! soo!!!

any of you out there who would raise 1 grand or so amongst you to by parts, and want in with me! let me here you say!! YEAH!!! lol.. *awaits the decision*...

yeah it could work mate,........................but tbh a grand in all other bits bar engine/box is summat that i dont think is easily achievable......youv only really got the trim, suspension and wheels thats difrent to the valver, the other stuffs jus dependant on how badly damaged the car is, i.e wings/doors/bonnet are all worth money , but findin a write off without these damaged is hard

bonnet - possibility 70 quid

interior 200 odd

dials 60 - 70 quid

wings - ?

lights, mirrors, electrics, dash, steering wheel, gearknob, must mount up to around the grand mark.

right, just spoken to king.stromba and we reckon we could get one for about 1200-1300 if one comes along, and he is willing to put £150 down on a tailgate, with my 600 for the engine, giving us 500 odd to pay for other items!

so really we need to form a group - anyone want in on this?
