black biro on leather in 182 put there by....

....my dealership after I took my car in for some warrenty work
They've also scratched the plastic on the inside when putting it back together, are going to replace them bits tho (after a lot of phone calls). However I am concerned bout the biro as they are saying they didn't do it, and that there "technicians" don't carry pens (yeah right!!! coz they managed to fill out the safety check form that they supposedly do). Do any of you have any ideas of how I could get it off? It has also gone over the stitching on the seat.

If you go down you local supermarket, you can get Stain Devil pens for differing stains. I'm sure you can get one for ink.
