Surely Renault could have shaved a few grams off the kerb weight by removing this? Other superflous parts include: Valve caps, Cup side badges, Laquer and the supposed extra layers of Paint.

How are the sensors accurate taking into consideration the placement onthe car?

Are not not susceptable to wind chill etc?

They are not very accurate, in fact mine is stuck on 35 degrees at the moment

Wind chill does not affect inanimate objects!

The wind chill factor measures how much energy (or heat) the body will lose per second depending on how much skin is exposed to the wind.This means the wind chill factor doesnt affect objects that arent alive.
