Black Plastic Re-Spray

I am thinking of spraying all the black plastic trims on my 2005 Clio to colour match my car. Would i be right to use (Halfords Plastic Primer Grey Spray 300m) as my primer :- http://www.halfords.com/motoring/pa...halfords-plastic-primer-grey-spray-300ml#tab3.
Then get some paint colour matched to spay over the top. Am i going down the right lines here or not?????

I've used that before on plastic and It's fine . You'll also need something to degrease all the plastics like IPA , this on ebay is just an example , maybe also varying grades of wet n dry . Keeping the plastic clean and grease free is very important .

i used plastikote on mine, saves needing to do any sanding, still need to make sure the surface is clean ofc

Don't necessarily need the colour matched, just get some made up in your paint code
