Seen you coming from out of mcdonalds way down by morrisons, looks absolutely lovely mate
Hi mate, it was indeed me. I would have been coming out of the housing estate (that is near McDonalds) as I live in Afon Village. Cheers for the spot!I imaging that's sharky.
Thanks mate... but - sadly - it's not my car. I'm only borrowing for an extended period of time whilst my Trophy is having work done. It belongs to Fred (boss of BTM Performance). He generously let me have it due to my car taking longer than expected and the fact that I needed a car for work, etc. If he were selling it, and I had the cash, I'd buy it off him in a heartbeat! But yes, it is stunning. A lot of fun and road presence!Your car is stunning mate, the guy who works with me ( has no taste in cars) even said fair play that car looks amazing
Yep - a legend indeed. He may also let you use it if you ask nice. But beware... if you break it, you buy it! Those are the rules / terms and conditions! What legend letting you use that, might book my clio in for work in hope i can use it too aha

It's surprising mate. I don't think I've spoken to anyone yet who doesn't like the V6. Even my other half likes it despite the noise (when the engine's cold) giving her a headache or waking her up when she's working odd hours...I'd love to be able to afford a v6 . . .
Whats it like on mpg ? Much of a difference between a 1*2
Cant believe how jealous I feel right now
Erm... try to see it as a favour mate. I'm running the gearbox in for you... It's nearly there. Another couple of thousand miles should do it...You do know its £1 per mile??
 Customer care is off the scale mate!Need to book my car in and hope broken arm is just a bonus
Naturally I'd be more than happy to be chief custodian of such vehicle. I'll keep it safe at my place for free as long as everybody else chipped in for running and maintenance costs, etc. I can't say fairer than that. :approve:+1.
We should all chip in and get a south wales group clio V6!

Not so much of a bargain after insurance, fuel, ignition coils, etc... LOL!£1 a mile???!! now that's a bargain!
Nice try, but no cigar. But thanks for the mighty generous offer all the same!Fancy swapping for a bit Sharky boy? You can run in my engine and I'll run in freds gear box. I'll even add 10% on to the £1 for yourself
.......i f*cking wish!

LOL! I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem mate. Tenner gets you a viewing, twenty quid gets you a sit in the passenger seat, fifty quid gets you a ride up and down one junction of dual carriageway! :clown:
Joking aside, I am actually free Saturday afternoon.
Despite my address stating I live in Newport, I don't really know it that well as I'm not a local lad (I've only been here for - ooh - 4 years). I was miles away in Caerphilly prior to that! But yeah, I'm sure we could meet up somewhere. I'm coming from Rogerstone - which is Junction 28 of the M4. Which way would you be coming in from?As luck would have it so am i though the weathers not looking to sharp.
could meet down newport somewhere if you like?
Are you about Saturday mate?+1 wanting to see this.
I know where Tredegar House is so I'm assuming Tredegar Park is the bit next to it. Am I right in thinking there's a car park there?
Just about to say "let's take it to PM..." One sec...Check your inbox sharky boy.
Check your inbox sharky boy.
Whatever it takes to fund this superb car mate... whatever it takes... :quiet: But it will be very much 'you can look, but don't touch'. :rofl:dogging AGAIN! Poor car
That's a trek that, South Wales to Birmingham, Guess its worth it to get a V6 out of it

Totally agree with Matt - it's not too far at all mate. You'd do it in 90 minutes too from Cwmbran. Probably a little less. Definitely worth travelling to make use of the services of the reputable specialists trading on here. The V6 was a bit of a bonus though! It sure beats a hire car!It really isn't. Took me around 90 minutes to get to freds once including stopping at the services.
