Gona be changing from 17" wheels, which do you fell is better, 15" or 16"?

slam it on 16" 172ff wheels n get them powdercoated white. would look mint. iirc a member had these on a black dynamique with white cage.

i prefer multi spokes but that is so sweet, looks far better than expected. would powdercoating them cost much?
