blackberry 9700 stoped working after case change help?

hi to all phone guys basically took apart blackberry and changed cover fitted crap so changed back made sure nothing snapped or broke whilst changing them how ever i went to turn phone on and no service has been like this for three days i dont know if the sim card may of got bent but it looks fine? how can i test its the phn e broken not the sim or the other way around thanks?

so if i try a 02 sim and it works fine the phones had it ? and gubbed means what mate?

If you put a working sim in the phone, it'll either work (which means your old sim is broke) or it won't (which means the phone is damaged).
