Blanking headlight jets

What size grommets have people used to blank off headlight washer jets? I measure the hole at 15mm but unsure on what size to use to cover the lot?

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but was this confirmed as the right hole size (15mm)?
What's the depth/thickness of the bumper plastic in that area?
