Block, Pistons, Sump - What car are they from?

Hi,
I just wondered if anyone knew what car these are from?
I'm assuming it's a Laguna, but hoped someone could confirm.

That is also the same block as the Megane RS 225 / r26.. I believe they run the same pistons (but Laguna is slightly lower compression), but not 100% sure on that.

So this is turbo stuff? The pistons look dished like turbo ones and the block has oil spray bars (or what ever they're called).
I'll have to do some more searching I think ;)
