So..... I was fitting my new Nightbreaker plus bulbs (awesome by the way) for my headslights (havent tackled the full beams yet)

Had to take off the fuse box cover - being the idiot I am left it on top of the engine... slammed the bonnet shut aaaaaaaaaand now it wont open!! Pops up on the engine release but there is no give on the bonnet release pull.

Any ideas??? Might just have to take it to the garage and see what they can do..... is it safe to drive?? Or am I going to melt a load of plastic in the engine?

I'll have a crack after work!!

Whilst I have your attention.... fitting the full beams how do you get the bulbs out? Saw those two pieces of wire but no idea how to pop out the bulb

Sorry dude I'm a ph1 owner, not familiar with this ph2 stuff.

I'm not talking about jumping up and down on it though, if the bonnet has "popped" up, then there should be a certain degree of movement in it now (up and down about half an inch) just move it up and down whilst pulling on the release to see if it unlocks.
