Quick question..
a women drove into my car the other leaving a small but noticable dent in the front bumper. It's just on the lip above the number plate. initially she said she'd be fine covering any costs, but when i gave her a quote from a local bodyshop (£130 for correction and bumper respray), she said she's not happy to pay that and included a link to a mobile repair company. The question(s):
is the quality of repair from these companies perfect (or as good as so not to notice)?
Am i within my rights to push for a full bodyshop correction and respray?
Cheers
