Not my car thank god but:

Is there anything that would make the same wheel Blow Out every time.

3 times in 4 weeks.

problem with the rim or the axle it's fitted too?

Some rubbing going on somewhere maybe?

as said could be rubbing somewhere. i would take the wheels off and inspect it closely to look for areas of abnormal wear

Everything look normal, tyre looks normal, well apart from where its poped.

Its a C2 VTS

have you been able to tell where the tyres have been damaged, or are they 'just' coming away from the rim?

ed. presume new tyre and valve renewed each time?

Yes new trye and everything, The trye is just shreded all the way round through the middle of the inside wall.

is that through the damage inflicted by having run on a flat tyre?

if you've renewed the tyre and valve every time, must be something to do with the rim, or a problem in the arch that the wheel's fitted to (snapped spring snagging the tyre, etc)
