Blower fans rather than a suckers?

Can i use a Kenlow "blower" fan rather then a "sucker"?

I am right in thinking that the fan only really kicks in when statinary so having a blowing fan mounted on the engine side of the radiator should be fine?

I think you'll find your better of pulling cold air throgh the rad , not blowing warm air from the engine bay onto the rad.
