Bluetooth stereo recommandations

I am after a Bluetooth stereo for my 182, I don't want anything flash and ideally I want something that "fits" well with the standard interior - my current alpine sticks out like a sore thumb.

Any advice or suggestions are most welcome,

I have the sony one from halfords that looks similar... £99 I think, does everything including hands free. My only gripe is it's very complicated to work
