After all the problems Ive had with getting my clio fixed after some1 backed into it. Spoke to the body shop this morning and was told my car would be delivered back to me this afternoon after its been cleaned
So Ive spent most the day on the phone to arrange to collect the new car tomorrow and changed my insurabce over to the new car. I even paid £70 to have my certificate of insurance couriered to myself today. Job done, only thing left to do was wait for the clio to be delivered.
Well come 4pm I phoned the bodyshop to ensure the vehicle was still gonna be deliveried, no chance!! I was told it would be monday now (the chap was aware this morning about the px tomorrow), they told me Id have to collect it and that it was ready
So off i went to collect it and guess wot, they was only just starting to clean it, so I waited 40mins for they to finish. The bodyshop manager then asked me to inpect the repair and to my amazement they have not sprayed the sill and then tried to tell me thats how it should be, so the 1st 3" are blue and the rest is now black and the other side is blue. There is also a huge crease on the side of the panel on the inner wing and it hadnt been cleaned fully either. Well I hit the roof, I was told it was ready at 4pm and had been there an hour by this time
The bodyshop manager called one of the painters over and they have agreed to paint it over nite as I said it had to be read for 8am tomorrow overwise Id be charging them for the Courier and costs for changing the insurance back again.
Oh well cant wait for tomorrow, should hopefully be completed correctly if not Ill reject it again
