Bodyshop around London/Essex?

Hi all,

As per title really, could someone please recommend a good body-shop in the above mentioned areas? I'm looking to get my bumper re-sprayed so how much am I looking for roughly?

Only £150 for stripping, treating, spraying, refitting? Can't be that cheap surely but if so, where do I sign??
