It's like going back in time to them rolling off the production line.
Not for me personally. Think it's the colour.
Surley they wont be the original tyres on will they? Going by the mileage its only been taken out to be serviced lol
5,475 miles in 17 years?
Works out around 320 a year I think, how is that even possible? That's my weeks worth.
Thats a stunning exlample of a escort cosworth :approve: My uncle bought a RS500 6years ago now for 18k they are now changing hands for mega money, cant be many cars that you wont loose money on like a old 'mint' rs ford will, on heres some more from bonkers collection.

As much as I love RS Fords.
It is a real shame that thing has not been driven hard! Appreciate it for what it is, but that is alot of money for an Escort!
One hell of a collection that guy has in Swansea.
Cool cars but I much prefer how the 3 door sierras drive having driven loads of examples of both over the years in levels of tune from standard to 700+ bhp
On that point, we both know people don't buy the Escos because the way they drive, standard anyway. Infact they're borderline appalling as standard.
Oh yeah they definitely feel dated, and I think that dated feel just seems more at home in the sierra shell, like I like how a mk1 clio drives but I would be pretty unhappy if a 197 drove the same way, not sure if that really makes sense but it does to me, lol
