Bonnet sensor relocation sport grill

I just bought a sport grill and removed the bonnet sensor from the old one. Where abouts does this now go as there is no actual hole in the new grill to locate it into? Do I just disconnect and forget about it?
I'm not sure if it was even connected in the first place.

Mines not connected. No issues

As above mate. They don't come with a cut out. You can stick it out the way with the tape over the sensor part

I've just disconnected mine then and shoved it in the glovebox.
