Is it from the 16v or a Valver?... what is the difference as i sed in my HI Post i have only had the car a week so i aint too sure on the ins and outs of em :S but some1 told me that to put a 16v bonnet on requires new lights.. well this is the sort of bonnet i was thinking of and the lights dont look to be any different... Any Info pls??

Williams or a Valver....same bonnet!

If you have the same lights as the picture the bonnet will fit without any problem.

Beware the slang though!

1.8 16V = "Valver", 2.0 16V = Williams = "Willy". Both of these have identical body panels....

I think phil has a phase 3 with the rounded lights!

Hmmmm.....if your car has the more rounder lights as in the one below then that bonnet wont fit. However, the one beloe has a Renault 19 16V vent molded in. Very nice IMO and a good alternative.....

ill have to have a look see what sort of lights it has cause im not sure :S

for the light conversion is it just a case of dropping in some new front lights from an older model or does it need some bodywork/etc doing??

What year is your motor mate?

If its 90-98 i.e Mk1 Ph1 or Ph2 then it will fit if its Ph3 it wont fit!!

I dont think so, I think there quite a bit of other work.

I dont think anyone has ever actually done it.
