do they give much BHP improvements?

ive currently got a fully de catted exhaust and k tech ramcharger IK.

Not worth it on your car.

Are best suited to turbo cars or cars with uprated injectors.

If you had higer capacity injectors you certainly wouldnt need the PBV.
