boot camp

ive just installed boot camp and windows xp on my MacBook Pro so far quite impressed (for saying i hate windows). just wandering if anyone else is using it and what they think

I was going to.. but then, I'm kinda thinking I can't be bothered.

I was going to get Parallels, so I could stay in OSX and run Windows..

I may try bootcamp.. but, I don't need Windows for anything on this lappy, yet. The main reason for me would be so I could play SimCity 4

It runs fine by all accounts, yea..

If I ever need Windows for anything, I'll rethink.. but I'd feel terrible for making a Windows partition on a Mac. Heh.

I have a Mac Mini G4, but that's being sold.

I've just bought an MBP as it will be my main machine.. I'll use it at work, home, everywhere! But, it'll spend all of it's time in OSX, as I can do everything I need in it.

Still got a main Windows PC at home tho.. and will have a Windows PC at work.. Heh. Best of both!

Just got my bluetooth mighty mouse today, well, there should have been two in the box and there was only one, so apple are getting back to me tomorrow.

Very pleased with it.

Hehe, I'm an IT Support Engineer - working with Windows servers, PC's, Laptops, network hardware etc.. all day, everyday, in lots of different places.. so I know the pro's and con's of both

I bought a Mac for my personal machine purely because OSX works for me much better than Windows does (and Vista will.)

I can see why people use Windows.. and like using it. I can see why people use OSX. I can see why people use Linux (I do on servers..).. I'm all for people using what they know/can use/think is best
