Boot Light Not Going Out!?

Hi.

Just bought a 2007 1.4 Dymanique (Spelling)

Boot light does not go out when I shut the boot? Cannot see the switch or the classic spring loaded circuit breaker to turn it off when depressed?

Any pointers?

(Also where the hell is the dip stick?)

Please help. Thanks.

Not sure on the dipstick, but regarding the light, i'd trace the wires back from the light, check connections, and you will locate the switch. Is it a mk2 or 3 yours?

There is no visable switch to turn the light off when the boot closes :S

Switch for the boot light is in the lock mechanism. Not a seperate part i guess.
