Both front wheels hard to turn when jacked up

Hi All

I've got a 54 plate clio182 but have noticed that both front wheels have some resistance (the same on each) when i try to turn them when jacked up, along with a noise when i turn them back and forth (a small clunking noise) could this the the drive shaft on each or the cv joints?
car drives fine and no problems in changing gear.

Will have some resistance obviously because you're turning the gearbox internals as well, clunk is normal too unless its excessive.

If its fine stop being a hypochondriac!
