Bought a 172, found some damage what should I do.

Update:- Ok got to speak to the Manager in person very quickly on arrival at the showroom. Had a quick chat about the situation and went out to see the damage in question. No questions asked all damaged parts being replaced FOC as soon as the parts get in on Wednesday! They are going to get thire dent master guy to try and take the crease out of the edge of the bonnet and if he can not they are goint to replace the bonnet! As to the shoping trolley dents in the rear quater they are going to try and get them out but it may not be possable as they are very hard to get to! They trolley dents in the doors are also going try and get removed as well!

So all in all as long as all that was agreed is done I will be very, very happy indeed!

Car went in today to get the work done! Got a phone call to say they are going to have to replace the bonnet so in for a few more days to get the new bonnet fitted and sprayed! Gave me a brand new modus to drive till they get it finished.

Yea Platinum are very good. The Manager has been very good about it all and not let anything go unsorted!
