Will a freeview box get one right away or do I need some monstor of a tv aerial?

Set top. Pissed around with it and found the best "place" buy still no good really...

Few things as you seem to want to make it hard to answer.

Where are you EXACTLY? (that means the TV and the Ariel)
What type of Ariel is it? (Make and model)

Are you using freeview?

If you cant get a good signal on normal TV then you'll really struggle with a digibox mate

E1 central London. Tv is in corner aerial is pointing out of window in direction of others aerials. It's a digital/anologue one from sainsbuts for 20.

No freeview right now, jury plugged into tv.
