Ok so i won this auction fair and square, now the guy is trying to bullshit saying he sold the car just now when i said i would fly for it, where do i stand? Thanks

If he doesn't want to sell it to you, he doesn't have to. That's the long and short of it.

If he doesn't want to flog it you he's not legally bound by anything.

Iirc he will get a strike on eBay and have to pay final value fee. Also says advertised elsewhere.
