Bought springs off ebay, one has rust, should I be concerned? (picture inside)

Just got these springs delivered off fleabay and noticed one of them has rust. Should I be concerned or is it merely cosmetic?

That's probably a bit more than i would be happy with. Did it not show it in the pictures/description?

It certainly did not. I wouldn't have bought them if I'd seen that TBQH!

Here's a link to another advert, where he [not the seller in question here] describes them as "very good condition". They look significantly worse even than the ones I've got - but at least they don't try to hide the fact!

To be fair, if it is only cosmetic then thats fine... but I'm certainly not going to waste my time [putting them on] if it is anything worse, thats why I seek the opinions of CS!
