Bovington - a full lap

Camera facing backwards for this one, makes you realise just how steep all those climbs and drops were

Some useless marshalling thrown in for good measure too...

Nope.

There was a f*** off big cone sat right in the middle of the chicane. Civic ahead stuck his arm out the window and gestured to the marshall, who then waved back and remained sat on his arse.

We were actually told not to move from our posts to replace cones. When a cone was moved the marshal's would radio it in and a course car would come round (of which there were at least 5 at any one time) and replace the cone.

As there was usually only one person on each marshal's post, lets just take a minute to work out what could happen if there was a serious incident and that one marshall was 200 yards up the course putting a cone back?

Done that?

Good!

Thick as marshall !

I'm sorry, who is thick? There is one 'l' in marshal.

Marshalls couldn't be praised highly enough in my opinion, going to stick my name down next time to help out.
