they've been changing it all.... i've just gone on to edit my advert and had to re-sign up to make changes... then there was a new option for selling as well as asking me for further information.

perhaps the further registration is to try stop the hoax adverts?

It is there, it's just hidden heh. Move your mouse around to the right of 'Cayman' and there is a hidden link - not sure why it's like this, i found it by chance when I didn't beleive you and went to look, just noticed my arrow turning into a little hand for the link
