  B/G 182 FF
Gonna be buying some new brake discs next week, already got some Ferodo DS2500 pads and just wondered what the general census was on which one's I should go for.

Cars not used for track days just a daily runner which some B road blasting on the weekends:)
Don't know if it's worth going for the grooved discs or just the standard, will there be a big difference in performance?

Fred what you think of brembo sports line ? supposed to come drilled or slotted and with brembos own pads?

Is it true that blanks have a better stopping power?

Surely blanks hit up and fade quicker?

also if blanks were better why top end makers like porsche use cross drilled and grooved ceramics? why not use blanks?

edit

done my own research.

Figures blanks for 50quid would be better than sport line slotted pair for 200. Its all the hype that is only useful to super cars that use huge 13inch discs and 4pot calipers. On a little clio slots will do f**k all as the area of the disc is reduced.

Those discs from the brembo shop. Can you get them for the ph1 172? Or will those fit mine?
