Brake Discs

I have a new shape clio and need to remove the discs but there is a star shaped screw in them.. anyone have any idea what tool to use and if it has a special name or anythin?

Yes it's a torx screw, from memory it's about a T35 or T40 size.

they can be a right b**ch to get out too. be prepared to drill them

WD them and leave for a bit, might help. Try not to thread them. T35 rings a bell, but could be wrong

i fort it may b one of the T screws.. think i have a t30 and t35 somewhere.. il give em a go in the morning..

If you get them out, copper grease them up before refitting them too.

Yeah, but don't get any on the disc!

Yes it is Torx T40.

But be carreful, they will be very strong tightened !
You should shock them before try to release it.
