Brake Fluid Reservoir

When looking in the reservoir on a 182 where should the fluid level sit? Cant see a min/max line or anything and it looks like there's and over flow that comes out the right hand side of it about halfway down?

There should be a min max line. Does it need cleaned a bit to see it.
