what i want to now is how the hell do u get the pads out? On my punto i just pulled off a little clip and pulled out the bar and it came loose and i took the pads out.
If the calipers are the same on the 16 and 8vs, then u undo the the 2 nuts at the rear with a big allen key. Not sure if u have to remove the caliper too, but i did as i was changing the disks at the same time.
Take the actual caliper off the pad carrier, then they will lift out, push the piston back an put new pads int eh carrier, slot the caliper over the pads and then do the bolts back up.
Ya ive done it a few times now, just two bolts about 13mm i think at the back of the caliper undo these and the caliper will come off, make sure you support the caliper and dont just leave it hanging as it will damage the hose.
Remember to copper grease the pads or they will squeel. And to push the pisten back use a clamp and wood easiest way i think.
