the bulb was loose hence the soldering. But i bought them off a member on here and they came already soldered. Wasnt a problem for me though as i had a soldering iron

yeah - but they'll charge you a ridiculous amount.

What lights are they? if they are renault clear one you really have to buy a new bulb holder.

standard renault lights, the bulb itself is like silver. how much are the new holders?
how do i rewire it all?

sounds like it got bulb holders from one the clear lights. as they are no different cant you just unmelt the solder.

got it out with a nice screwdriver!
