Brake line diagram and part numbers?

Evening all.
In the process of very slowly restoring a phase 1 and on my to do list is replacing all of the brake lines and hoses where I can. Now when I did this on my Abarth Punto there is a very handy page someone has set up with diagrams and part numbers of everything needed. I don't suppose there is anything similar for the Clio? I've attached a picture of the abarth version for reference of what I mean.
