Brake load sensing valve inoperative

172 cup failed it's mot on Brake load sensing valve inoperative, what do they mean by this?

yeah i did search i came across a load failing it on the rear brakes just wanted to make sure that mine was the same.

it's the decelerating thing stating the 172 cup left the factory like that

took my car back down there to ask him to explain what he actually failed it on in which he said the compensator doesn't move, so i took it back home jacked it up had a look and i have no idea what he's on about. I released the jack down slowly and you can clearly see the spring compressing when the wheel hits the ground. Is that what he's on about or is the arm meant to move up and down by hand when the wheels are all on the ground?

any help would be great

passed, printed the pdf and after a bit of talking the tester agreed and passed it.
