Brake pad life

I've done a quick search, but couldn't find any info.

Does anyone have an idea of how long brake pads will last on a FF 182?

I've had mine on for approximately 8,000 miles. Going on a very long road trip in a couple of weeks and want to make sure the cars all working as it should do.

depends on how hard you drive. if they are stock pads and you drive hard then prob 10k if you take it easy then proberly 15k.

why not have a look at the pads, anything over 6mm left will do about 5k

Probably in between those figures, so they could see me till im home.

Wanted to see if i was being overly cautious though. I'll be driving a few thousand miles so may have a check.

no probs, dont forget to check the inside pad and outer pad on each side
