Brake pads and tyres

Hi All

Just a quick question i need new pads front and back on my 182, just wondering whether the standard pads are best or should get something with a bit more wear and tear? Next question need 2 new tyres both front i've been priced £160 for the pair is this a good price everything on the car is standard.

Some are very harsh & eat the laquer on wheels.

I think stock pads are fine the car was sold with them after all.

Just make sure you do by standard pads.

Uprated ones there a reasonable choice but there more expensive.

tell me about it i have got performance friction 97 pads on my car and the dust has eaten in to the wheels and won't come off but it is worth it if you wont to out brake most cars on track

the funny thing is if you dont let the dust get wet then you can leave it on there for over a month and it just wipes off well it all ways comes of my track wheels :S
