Brake Pads Please Help

I am putting new brake pads on my girlfriends clio m reg. How do u put the new pads in as im getting a bit confused with the bar that goes into the top of the caliper.

On the back of the caliper you will see some bolts. Not the biggest ones towards the centre of the axle but the smaller ones towards the edge.

Undo the bottom one completely and loosen the top.

Pull of the metal clip thing.

The caliper should swing up clearing the pads.

Remove pads. Apply some copper grease to the non friction side of new pads.

Insert pads. Swing back the caliper. Re insert the metal clip.

Reinserting this I find is a pain. Put one side in first then try your best to pull over the other side. Sometimes I've had to give it a whack but often then the other side jumps back out.

Fully tigthen all bolts.
