Brake Problem

Hoping someone can help, recently braking decided to 'not do alot'. It stops, but no matter how hard I press, It feels a little sharper, but not what they were 1 week when they stopped instantly.

Im running DC2500 pads and stock disc at a guess with braided hoses.

Plently of disc and pad left

Going from what someone has said about boiled fluid, it couldnt be that, the pedal is not going straight to the floor, its always hard, just not alot happening. Feels like brake fade but all the time?

Any suggestions?
