Brake servo vacuum pipe

  Titanium 182
Just wondering if anyone has had this problem with there 172/182s

my girlfriend took her 182 for its mot the otherday and it failed on the brakes, she had said they brakes didnt feel that sharp over the last few weeks, anyways turns out this 10mm plastic pipe had melted on the back of the engine that feeds the brake servo or something.

its as if the engine heat has melted it so i was wondering if its a common problem!

I am sure the brake servo is protected behind the bulkhead heatshield, has anything happened to the heatshield?.

nah thats all in place, this is just a small piece of pipe that runs from behind the heatshield and into the engine block, its melted thats all!
