Brake warning and stop

Wonder if anyone can help, the red stop light and the red brake warning light keep flashing on and off during driving sometimes staying on for up to a minute then going off. brake fluid level is fine and brakes feel fine, the esp light does not come on as i read it could be the brake pedal pressure switch, also when lights are on and you press the brake the lights stay on, any help much appreciated as it is most distracting.

You 100% sure the brake level is ok, and that you put the cap back on 100% perfect as well!

I'd check it again just to be sure.

your front pads are low...need replacing..

it usually happens when cornering or going up hills/slopes??

Thanks for your replys, yes cap is on secure, also pads just been replaced about three months ago, ill have to take it into renault.
